Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
* Cancellation made 30+ days prior receive a credit for the deposit towards future booking that year.
* Cancellation within 30 days of your rental day will result in your deposit as non-refundable.
For safety and to protect our backdrops, walls must be set up indoors if the weather is bad (rain, strong winds, extreme heat or cold). Customers are responsible for providing a backup indoor location.
If no indoor option is available, we will not set up outside in unsafe conditions, and the rental will still be charged as booked. No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations if a suitable indoor backup is not arranged.
Clients are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs will be billed if damage occurs during rental period.
